Australia -- Western Australia Weather Update

MELBOURNE - May 7/12 - SNS -- The current forecast for the state of Western Australia was released by Australia's Bureau of Meteorology.

Warning summary
Severe Weather Warning current for people in areas southwest of a line Busselton
to Albany, extending to southwest of a line Mandurah to Bremer Bay during this
afternoon.
Gale Warning Current for coastal waters from Jurien Bay to Esperance.
Strong Wind Warning issued for remaining coastal waters from Geraldton to
Israelite Bay.
Forecast for Monday
SW Land Division: A band of scattered showers currently near the SW Capes moving
eastwards to lie near Perth to Hopetoun mid afternoon and Geraldton to Esperance
later this evening. Isolated thunderstorms with the band about the SW, South
Coastal, southwest Great Southern and southern Lower West. Isolated showers in
the wake of the band, tending scattered about southern coastal parts, with
possible hail later this evening. Isolated showers about western coastal parts
ahead of the band.
SW coastal Gascoyne and Central Interior: Isolated showers.
Forecast for Tuesday
SW Land Division, southwest Gascoyne and southwest Goldfields: Isolated showers,
tending scattered about the Southwest and South coastal district. Showers
clearing the SW Goldfields and Southeast Coastal districts early morning and all
but remaining coastal parts of the SW Land Division late afternoon and evening.
Isolated hail possible about southern coastal parts between Walpole and Cape
Riche.
Far north Kimberley: Isolated showers.
