MELBOURNE - May 4/12 - SNS -- The current forecast for the state of Western Australia was released by Australia's Bureau of Meteorology.

Southwest, southern Lower West, western Great Southern and the South Coastal
districts: Scattered showers and isolated thunderstorms easing during the
afternoon and evening. Moderate to heavy falls possible this morning.
Remaining western and northern SW Land Division, western and southern Gascoyne
and the far western Pilbara: Rain areas and isolated thunderstorms tending to
scattered showers over the northern Lower West during the afternoon. Moderate to
heavy falls possible over the Central West district.
Remaining eastern SW Land Division, western Eucla and Goldfields: Rain areas
easing during the day and extending to the far southwest Interior this evening.
