Australia -- South Australia Weather Update

MELBOURNE - Apr 25/12 - SNS -- The current forecast for the state of South Australia was released by Australia's Bureau of Meteorology.

Weather Situation
A high 1027 hPa over the Bight will remain near stationary for the next few days, before moving eastwards on the weekend to be centred east of Bass Strait later Sunday. A cold front will move across the southeast of the State on Saturday.
Forecast for the rest of ThursdayIsolated showers over the agricultural area. Early morning fog patches. Cool to mild with light to moderate southwest to southeasterly winds.Friday 27 AprilIsolated showers over the southern agricultural area. Early morning fog patches. Cool to mild with light to moderate southwest to southeast winds tending west to southwest about southern coasts.Saturday 28 AprilIsolated showers over the southern agricultural area. Early morning fog patches. Cool to mild with light to moderate southwest to southeast winds, tending moderate to fresh west to southwest about southern coasts.Sunday 29 April
Possible isolated morning showers about southern coasts, otherwise fine. Mild to warm with light to moderate southeast to northeast winds.
Cumulative rainfall totals from Thursday morning until midnight Sunday are expected to be 1 to 3 mm over the southern agricultural area, with less than 1 mm over the northern agricultural area.
Monday until WednesdayWarmer northerly winds ahead of a milder southwest change in the far west on Monday, extending to the far northeast on Wednesday. Isolated showers developing in the far south and west, gradually extending throughout on Wednesday except the far north.The next routine forecast will be issued at 4:30 pm CST Thursday.Product IDS10033
