Weather Situation A cold pool of air over the agricultural area is moving eastwards, with an associated low south of Mount Gambier moving eastwards early Tuesday. A high will move in from the west to be centred over the Bight on Wednesday, where it will stay through to the end of the week. Forecast for the rest of MondayPatchy rain in the far north clearing this evening. Scattered showers over the southern agricultural area with isolated showers over the southern Pastoral districts and the West Coast. Isolated thunderstorms in the South East district. Possible small hail over the southern agricultural area and Murraylands district. Cool to cold over the agricultural area, and cool to mild over the remainder. Moderate to fresh southwest to southeasterly winds, fresh to strong at times near the coasts, reaching gale force about the Lower South East coast in the evening.Tuesday 24 AprilIsolated showers over the agricultural area and West Coast. Showers more frequent with isolated thunderstorms and local heavy falls over the South East district until early morning. Showers also scattered over the Murraylands and southern Fleurieu Peninsula till early morning. Cool to cold over the agricultural area, and cool to mild over the remainder. Mainly moderate southwest to southeast winds, fresh at times near southern coasts, reaching gale force near the South East coast early morning.Wednesday 25 AprilIsolated showers over the southern agricultural area and western coasts. Cool to mild with light to moderate southwest to southeasterly winds.Thursday 26 April Isolated showers over the southern agricultural area and western coasts. Cool to mild with light to moderate southwest to southeasterly winds. Friday 27 AprilIsolated showers over the southern agricultural area. Mild with light to moderate southwest to southeast winds. Cumulative rainfall totals from Monday afternoon until midnight Friday are expected to be 1 to 5 mm over the northern agricultural area, increasing to 5 to 10 mm over the southern agricultural area, reaching 15 to 25 mm over the South East district. Less than 1 mm is expected elsewhere.Saturday until MondayIsolated showers over the southern agricultural area contracting southwards and clearing by midday Sunday. Fine on Monday.
