Weather Situation A high pressure system centred over eastern New South Wales will move slowly eastward to be centred over the Tasman Sea on Saturday. This high will extend a ridge over South Australia through to next week. Forecast for the rest of FridayFine apart from some patchy rain over the far northeast. Warm with light to moderate northeast to northwest winds.Saturday 14 AprilFine apart from possible isolated early morning showers in the far northeast. Warm to hot with light to moderate northeast to northwest winds. Possible light afternoon sea breezes about central and western coasts.Sunday 15 AprilFine and mostly sunny. Warm to hot with light to moderate north to northwest winds, shifting southwesterly across the agricultural area and into the south of the Pastoral districts during the day.Monday 16 AprilEarly morning fog patches, then fine and mostly sunny. Generally warm to hot with light to moderate southeast to easterly winds and afternoon sea breezes.Tuesday 17 AprilFine and mostly sunny. Warm to hot with light to moderate southeast to northeast winds. Cumulative rainfall totals from Friday afternoon until midnight Tuesday are expected to be less than 2 mm.Wednesday until FridayFine and warm to hot initially with light to moderate southeast to northeast winds. Winds shifting northwesterly ahead of a weakening change over coastal areas late next week resulting in possible isolated showers about the West Coast and southern agricultural areas.
