Weather Situation A high 1037 hPa south of the Bight will move slowly northeastwards over the next few days to be centred over New South Wales on Thursday. Forecast for the rest of TuesdayPossible isolated showers about southern ranges, and about the coastal districts, except for western coasts. Showers contracting southwards in the afternoon to be confined to southern coasts by evening. Cool to mild with moderate southeasterly winds, fresh at times with coastal sea breezes.Wednesday 11 AprilFine and mostly sunny. Mild to warm with light to moderate southeast to northeast winds and afternoon sea breezes.Thursday 12 AprilFine apart from isolated showers and possible thunderstorms developing over the far northeast interior. Mild to warm with light to moderate southeast to northeasterly winds and afternoon sea breezes.Friday 13 AprilIsolated showers and possible thunderstorms in the far northeast. Fine elsewhere. Warm with light to moderate northeast to northwest winds. Cumulative rainfall totals from Tuesday morning until midnight Friday are expected to be less than 1 mm.Saturday until MondayIsolated showers and possible thunderstorms in the far northeast, clearing Saturday morning.
