Australia -- South Australia Weather Update

MELBOURNE - Apr 8/12 - SNS -- The current forecast for the state of South Australia was released by Australia's Bureau of Meteorology.

Weather Situation
A cold front just west of Tasmania at 3pm is moving eastwards. A high 1027 hPa south of Esperance will move slowly eastwards and strengthen over the next few days to be near Mt Gambier Wednesday evening.
Forecast for the rest of SundayIsolated showers over the southern agricultural area. Fine elsewhere. Cool to mild in the south grading to warm in the far north. Moderate southwest to southeast winds.Monday 9 AprilIsolated showers over the agricultural area and west coast, contracting to southern coasts by evening. Cool to mild with moderate to fresh southwest to southeast winds.Tuesday 10 AprilFine apart from possible isolated showers about southern coasts and ranges. Cool to mild with moderate southeasterly winds.Wednesday 11 AprilFine and mostly sunny. Mild to warm with light to moderate southeast to northeast winds and afternoon sea breezes.Thursday 12 April
Fine apart from isolated showers and possible thunderstorms developing over the far northeast interior. Mild to warm, grading to hot in the north. Light to moderate southeast to northeasterly winds and afternoon sea breezes.
Cumulative rainfall totals from Sunday afternoon until midnight Thursday are expected to be up to 2 mm.
Friday until SundayIsolated showers and possible thunderstorms in the far northeast, clearing during Saturday. Possible isolated showers developing over southern coasts Saturday evening, extending into the south of the Pastorals by Sunday evening.The next routine forecast will be issued at 5:30 am CST Monday.Product IDS10033
