Australia -- Victoria Weather Update

MELBOURNE - Mar 10/12 - SNS -- The current forecast for the state of Victoria was released by Australia's Bureau of Meteorology.

Weather Situation
A high pressure system south of Adelaide is moving slowly eastwards. The high will pass just south of Victoria during Monday and will be centred over the Tasman Sea Tuesday as the next low pressure trough crosses the Bight. The low pressure trough will deepen and approach western Victoria during Wednesday.
Forecast for the rest of SaturdayFine. Moderate southerly winds, fresh at times along the coastSunday 11 MarchFine apart from local morning fogs inland. Warm and sunny over the north. Cool to mild and becoming sunny in the south. Light southwest to southerly winds, freshening about the coast during the afternoon.Fire Danger -  Generally Low to Moderate.Monday 12 MarchFine apart from local morning fogs. Mild to warm and mostly sunny with light winds and fresh afternoon coastal seabreezes.Tuesday 13 MarchLocal morning fog in Gippsland, then a fine and mostly sunny day. A warm day with moderate to locally fresh northerly winds and afternoon seabreezes along the Gippsland coast.Wednesday 14 MarchFine at first. Isolated showers and thunderstorms developing over the eastern ranges during the afternoon. Isolated showers developing in the southwest later.
