Australia -- New South Wales Weather Update

MELBOURNE - Mar 9/12 - SNS -- The current forecast for the state of New South Wales was released by Australia's Bureau of Meteorology.

Weather Situation
A high pressure system south of WA extends a ridge through New South Wales. A complex low pressure system off the southern NSW south coast is moving slowly eastwards as this ridge intensifies. This high will move slowly east over the next few days and direct a relatively dry and stable airmass over NSW.
Forecast for the rest of FridayIsolated light showers in the southeast. Fine and mostly sunny elsewhere. Moderate southwest winds, locally fresh in the southeast, tending southeasterly near the coast during the afternoon.Saturday 10 MarchPartly cloudy, with isolated light showers on the coast and adjacent ranges in the north. South to southwest winds.Sunday 11 MarchIsolated light showers near the coast and adjacent ranges, otherwise partly cloudy. Southeast to southwest winds.Monday 12 MarchIsolated showers near the coast and adjacent ranges, otherwise partly cloudy.
