Mainly isolated showers and storms over the Peninsula district and the Gulf Country. Fine over the interior. Daytime temperatures below, or well below average over much of the state. Outlook for Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday A ridge should remain along most of the east coast, and should continue to push isolated showers onto the central and southeast districts, and more widespread showers and areas of rain onto the north east coast.
