Australia -- Western Australia Weather Update

MELBOURNE - Dec 11/11 - SNS -- The current forecast for the state of Western Australia was released by Australia's Bureau of Meteorology.

Warning summary
Strong Wind Warning for coastal waters from Cape Naturaliste to Windy Harbour.
Forecast for Monday
SW Land Division: Areas of rain and isolated thunderstorms over the Lower West,
southern Central Wheat Belt and northern Great Southern, with moderate to heavy
falls possible, mainly in the evening. Areas of rain and isolated thunderstorms
gradually extending southwards during the day into the southern Great Southern,
Southeast Coastal district and adjacent parts. Isolated afternoon showers and
thunderstorms in remaining northern districts.
Gascoyne: Isolated showers and thunderstorms in the south extending throughout
east parts this afternoon.
Goldfields: Areas of rain and isolated thunderstorms in the south, with isolated
afternoon showers and thunderstorms in the north.
Kimberley, northern and western  Interior and southeast Pilbara:  Isolated
afternoon showers and thunderstorms.
Forecast for Tuesday
Central and eastern SW Land Division, southeast Gascoyne, Goldfields, Eucla:
Areas of rain and isolated thunderstorms. Moderate to heavy falls possible in
southern parts easing from the west in the afternoon.
Lower West and northern Southwest district: Early morning rain and isolated
thunderstorms easing to isolated showers.
Central West, South Coastal district and adjacent Southwest district: Isolated
showers.
Southwest Gascoyne: Isolated early morning showers.
Kimberley and northern and central Interior: Isolated afternoon showers and
thunderstorms.
