MELBOURNE - Dec 6/11 - SNS -- The current forecast for the state of Western Australia was released by Australia's Bureau of Meteorology.

Warning summary
Severe Thunderstorm Warning for the Lower West, northern Southwest district,
northern Great Southern, Central Wheat Belt, southeast Gascoyne, west Goldfields
and adjacent parts.
Gale Warning for coastal waters Cape Leeuwin to Walpole.
Strong Wind Warning for remaining coastal waters from Yanchep to Caiguna.
Forecast for Tuesday   evening
Lower West, northern Southwest, northern Great Southern, Central Wheatbelt,
western Goldfields, southeast Gascoyne and adjacent parts: Isolated
thunderstorms and scattered showers. Possible damaging gusts, heavy falls and
hail this afternoon.
Remainder of the Southwest Land Division apart from the north of the Central
West, Goldfields and eastern Gascoyne: Isolated thunderstorms and scattered
showers.
Kimberley, southeast Pilbara, western Interior and western Eucla: Isolated
thunderstorms and showers.
Forecast for Wednesday
Great Southern, south Central Wheatbelt, South coastal districts, south and east
Goldfields: Scattered showers and thunderstorms clearing western parts in the
evening. Strong wind gusts, hail and heavy rainfall possible in the afternoon
and evening away from the south coast.
North east Central Wheatbelt and northern Goldfields: Scattered morning showers
and isolated thunderstorms.
Eucla and Southern Interior: Isolated showers and thunderstorms.
Remaining eastern Interior and eastern Kimberley: Isolated afternoon showers and
thunderstorms.
Southwest Gascoyne and Central West: Isolated morning showers.
Lower West: Isolated showers clearing towards evening.
Southwest district: Isolated showers tending scattered in the south in the
morning.
