Australia -- South Australia Weather Update

MELBOURNE - Dec 1/11 - SNS -- The current forecast for the state of South Australia was released by Australia's Bureau of Meteorology.

Weather Situation
A high centred south of the Bight will remain near stationary over the next few days before moving over Tasmania early next week. A weak front will move over the Lower South East Coast early on Saturday.
Forecast for the rest of FridayFine, partly cloudy about far southern coasts and mostly sunny elsewhere. Mild to warm with moderate to fresh southeast to easterly winds, fresh to strong about the coasts with afternoon sea breezes.Saturday 3 DecemberPossible isolated light showers about the Lower South East coast, otherwise fine and mostly sunny. Mild to warm with moderate southeast to easterly winds, fresh to strong about the coasts with afternoon sea breezes.Sunday 4 DecemberFine and mostly sunny. Generally warm with light to moderate east to southeast winds, fresh about the coasts with afternoon sea breezes.Monday 5 DecemberFine and mostly sunny. Warm with moderate east to southeast winds. Cumulative rainfall totals from Friday morning until midnight Monday will be less than 1 mm about the Lower South East coast.Tuesday until ThursdayIsolated showers developing in east of the Northeast Pastoral clearing during Wednesday. Isolated showers developing in the west on Thursday associated with a surface trough. Warm to hot with east to northeasterly winds turn northeast to northwesterly.The next routine forecast will be issued at 4:30 pm CDT Friday.Product IDS10033
