Australia -- New South Wales Weather Update

MELBOURNE - Nov 30/11 - SNS -- The current forecast for the state of New South Wales was released by Australia's Bureau of Meteorology.

Weather Situation
A trough is moving across the northeast while a high centred near the Bight ridges over the remainder of the state. The high is expected to remain slow moving during next few days and maintain a ridge over the coast with a trough lingering over the inland parts.
Forecast for the rest of ThursdayShowers or rain areas and isolated thunderstorms over the northeast quarter. Isolated showers about the southern coast and ranges. Mostly sunny remainder. Cool southwest to southerly winds extending throughout, strong and gusty along the coast.Friday 2 DecemberIsolated showers along the coast and eastern ranges more likely in the north. Southeasterly winds.Saturday 3 DecemberIsolated showers about the coast. Fine and mostly sunny remainder. South to southeast winds.Sunday 4 DecemberIsolated showers coast and eastern ranges.
