Australia -- Victoria Weather Update

MELBOURNE - Nov 11/11 - SNS -- The current forecast for the state of Victoria was released by Australia's Bureau of Meteorology.

Weather Situation
A high pressure system is just east of the State. A weak cold front will move through Bass Strait today. A low pressure trough will enter western Victoria Sunday afternoon, reaching central districts in the evening, then passing over the east early Monday. Another cold front will affect Victoria on Tuesday.
Forecast for the rest of SaturdayMostly fine. Local early fog inland. Isolated showers possible near the coast during the morning. Isolated showers or thunderstorms possible near the eastern ranges in the afternoon and evening. Light winds and moderate afternoon coastal seabreezes. Mild in the south, warmer in the north.Fire Danger -  Moderate to High.Sunday 13 NovemberPartly cloudy with isolated showers extending to most districts. Warm northerly winds ahead of the milder westerly change entering the west during the afternoon.Monday 14 NovemberIsolated showers on and south of the ranges, scattered near the coast. Cool to mild with moderate to fresh west to southwesterly winds.Tuesday 15 NovemberScattered showers, mainly in southern and mountain districts. Mild to warm with moderate to fresh northwesterly winds shifting southwesterly from the west.The next routine forecast will be issued at 4:30 pm EDT Saturday.Product IDV10310
