Australia -- New South Wales Weather Update

MELBOURNE - Oct 29/11 - SNS -- The current forecast for the state of New South Wales was released by Australia's Bureau of Meteorology.

Weather Situation
A cold front is moving through central and southeastern New South Wales. The front will move to the through the northeast during Sunday and a strong, slow-moving high pressure system will move south of the Bight extending a ridge in it's wake.
Forecast for the rest of SaturdayIsolated showers and thunderstorms in the eastern half tending scatted over the northeastern inland. Partly cloudy in the west. Northwest to northeast winds in the northeast, and a south to southwesterly change extending over the remainder.Sunday 30 OctoberIsolated showers in the northeast tending scattered on the far north coast and ranges. Isolated clearing showers on the south coast. Partly cloudy elsewhere. Southwest to southeast winds extending throughout.Monday 31 OctoberIsolated showers on the north coast. Partly cloudy elsewhere. Southwest to southeast winds.Tuesday 1 NovemberIsolated showers on the far north coast and the chance of showers on the far south coast and ranges. Partly cloudy elsewhere. Southwest to southeast winds, turning northeasterly along parts of the coast during the afternoon.Wednesday 2 NovemberIsolated showers on the south coast. Partly cloudy elsewhere.
