MELBOURNE - Oct 17/11 - SNS -- The current forecast for the state of South Australia was released by Australia's Bureau of Meteorology.
For the rest of today and Wednesday: WARNING SUMMARY: Strong Wind Warning for the Far West and West Coasts. SOUTH AUSTRALIA: Fine today apart from the chance of afternoon thunderstorms developing near the eastern border north of Broken Hill. Fine over eastern parts of the State on Wednesday, cloud increasing from the west with patchy rain and possible thunder developing west of about Port Lincoln. Warm in the south grading to hot in the north and west with moderate to fresh northeasterly winds and local afternoon sea breezes. A milder, fresh southwesterly change west of Nullarbor late this evening, extending across the West Coast on Wednesday.
