Australia -- Victoria Weather Update

MELBOURNE - Oct 9/11 - SNS -- The current forecast for the state of Victoria was released by Australia's Bureau of Meteorology.

Weather Situation
A cold front will cross southern Victoria today ahead of a high pressure system that will extend over Victoria during Tuesday and Wednesday. The high will move to the Tasman Sea on Thursday.
Forecast for the rest of MondayLight morning inland frosts. Scattered showers on and south of the ranges, falling as snow above 1400m. Isolated showers over the north. Cool with moderate to fresh southwesterly winds.Tuesday 11 OctoberIsolated showers on and south of the ranges clearing in the southwest during the evening. Partly cloudy but dry over the the north. Cool with light to moderate southwesterly windsWednesday 12 OctoberIsolated early frost inland. Dry over most of the state. Isolated showers over eastern coastal areas clearing by afternoon. Partly cloudy in the south. Mild with light winds.Thursday 13 OctoberBecoming cloudy with isolated showers developing from the north. Warm inland with light northeasterly winds and seabreezes developing along the coast.The next routine forecast will be issued at 4:30 pm EDT Monday.Product IDV10310
