MELBOURNE - Oct 3/11 - SNS -- The current forecast for the state of South Australia was released by Australia's Bureau of Meteorology.
For tonight and Tuesday: WARNING SUMMARY: Strong Wind Warning for the Far West and West Coasts for Tuesday. SOUTH AUSTRALIA: Isolated showers in the west will turn to patchy rain overnight before extending eastwards to all areas, apart from the southeast, on Tuesday. Isolated thunderstorms mostly west of about Elliston to Oodnadatta, but also possible with the rain extending eastwards on Tuesday. Generally mild to warm, but cooler within the rain areas. Light to moderate northeasterly winds, fresh to strong in the west, ahead of a moderate to fresh west to southwesterly change extending over the far west on Tuesday.
