MELBOURNE - Oct 2/11 - SNS -- The current forecast for the state of Western Australia was released by Australia's Bureau of Meteorology.

Strong Wind Warning for coastal waters from Kalbarri to Cape Leeuwin and from
Israelite Bay to SA Border.
Forecast for Sunday
Eastern Eucla, southeast Interior: Isolated thundery showers, contracting slowly
southeast.
Western Gascoyne, western parts of the SW Land Division, extending to the
remainder of the SW Land Division, southern Gascoyne and the southwestern
Goldfields in the afternoon and evening: Scattered showers. Isolated
thunderstorms near the coast south of Kalbarri, extending throughout this
afternoon.
West Pilbara: Isolated showers clearing this evening.
Inland eastern Kimberley: Isolated afternoon showers.
Forecast for Monday
Southeast Kimberley and northeast Interior: Isolated light showers, mainly
afternoon in the Kimberley.
Northern Gascoyne: Isolated showers clearing in the morning.
Goldfields, Southeast Coastal, Eucla and adjacent Interior: Scattered showers
and isolated thunderstorms, easing to isolated lighter showers and thunderstorms
in the evening.
Remainder of the SW Land Division and southern Gascoyne: Scattered showers and
isolated thunderstorms in the east, easing to isolated showers in the afternoon.
Isolated showers in the west, clearing from inland parts in the evening.
Scattered showers about the south coast, easing in the afternoon.
