MELBOURNE - Sep 17/11 - SNS -- The current forecast for the state of South Australia was released by Australia's Bureau of Meteorology.
For tonight and Sunday: WARNING SUMMARY: A Gale Warning has been issued for the Far West Coast and a Strong Wind Warning for the West and South Central Coasts for Sunday. SOUTH AUSTRALIA: Isolated light showers this afternoon and evening over the Lower South East. Possible early morning light showers or drizzle about the Lower South East with patchy early fog about the ranges. Fine otherwise. Hot in the north and west, mild to warm elsewhere. Moderate to fresh north to northwesterly winds ahead of a milder, moderate to fresh southwesterly change extending throughout this evening. Winds becoming light overnight then light to moderate northeast to northwesterly on Sunday, freshening in the west during the afternoon ahead of a fresh to strong southwesterly change in the far west late evening.
