MELBOURNE - Sep 7/11 - SNS -- The current forecast for the state of South Australia was released by Australia's Bureau of Meteorology.
For tonight and Thursday: WARNING SUMMARY: Gale Warning for the Far West Coast. SOUTH AUSTRALIA: Showers and possible thunderstorms about western parts this evening, extending over pastoral districts south of Coober Pedy on Thursday. Isolated showers in the southeast extending to most parts on Thursday, increasing to scattered showers about the ranges north of Gawler for the afternoon. Patchy rain in the far northeast on Thursday. Cool to mild with early frost and fog in the southeast. Light to moderate southeast to southwesterly winds extending throughout today, becoming fresh to strong in the far west overnight.
