MELBOURNE - Aug 21/11 - SNS -- The current forecast for the state of Western Australia was released by Australia's Bureau of Meteorology.

Gale Warning for coastal waters from Cape Leeuwin to Walpole.
Strong Wind Warning for remaining coastal waters from Jurien Bay to Israelite
Bay.
Strong Wind Warning for coastal waters from Kuri Bay to the NT Border.
Forecast for Monday
Areas of rain southwest of a line Carnarvon to Hopetoun, with moderate to heavy
falls possible, weaken and contract eastwards during the day to lie over the SW
Gascoyne, eastern parts of the SW Land Division and SW Goldfields by the
afternoon, with rain areas easing to scattered showers by the afternoon and
isolated showers by evening.  Isolated showers will persist in its wake, before
clearing in the evening.
