during the afternoon. Fine over the remainder of the state. A cool morning over
inland areas. Strong winds expected in the southern Gulf during the morning.

The low over the Tasman Sea is expected to remain slow moving, while a broad
upper trough remains around eastern Queensland. Dry surface conditions should
keep the state fine, apart from some isolated showers affecting the Gold Coast.
Dry and cool southwesterly winds through the state, with early morning frost
about the southeast interior. Strong winds expected in the southern Gulf during
the morning.
