MELBOURNE - Aug 4/11 - SNS -- The current forecast for the state of South Australia was released by Australia's Bureau of Meteorology.
For Friday. WARNING SUMMARY: Strong Wind Warning for the Far West and West Coasts. SOUTH AUSTRALIA: Areas of rain east of Woomera to Naracoorte, patchy in the north, contracting northeast and clearing by evening. Isolated early morning thunderstorms over the east of the Northwest Pastoral district. Isolated showers over the agricultural area following the rain, becoming scattered about southern coasts and the west coast of Eyre Peninsula, with isolated thunderstorms. Warm in the far northeast, cool to mild elsewhere. Mainly moderate southwest to northwest winds, northerly in the far northeast.
