For Wednesday. WARNING SUMMARY: Strong Wind Warning for the West and South Central Coasts for Thursday. SOUTH AUSTRALIA: Cold to very cold at first with areas of frost and isolated fog about central and eastern districts, then a fine, cool to mild day with some high cloud. Light to moderate northeast to northerly winds.
