MELBOURNE - Jun 30/11 - SNS -- The current forecast for the state of Western Australia was released by Australia's Bureau of Meteorology.

Gale Warning for coastal waters from Cape Naturaliste to Albany.
Strong Wind Warning for coastal waters from Kalbarri to Cape Naturaliste and
from Albany to Israelite Bay.
Forecast for Thursday
Southwest of a line from Kalbarri to Albany: Scattered showers with isolated
squally thunderstorms and some moderate to heavy falls. Conditions easing in the
evening.
Remaining parts southwest of a line Carnarvon to Kalgoorlie to Israelite Bay:
Scattered showers extending from the west during the afternoon, with isolated
squally thunderstorms possible in southern parts.
Far western Pilbara, remaining Gascoyne and Goldfields, the SW Interior and the
western and central Eucla: Isolated showers.
Forecast for Friday
Southwest of a line from Kalbarri to Merredin to Bremer Bay: Isolated showers,
tending scattered southwest of a line Jurien Bay to Albany. Isolated
thunderstorms near the western south coast.
Far southwestern Pilbara, northern and central Gascoyne, northeast Goldfields,
southwestern Interior and the eastern Eucla: Isolated showers, clearing from
western parts during the afternoon.
