MELBOURNE - Jun 19/11 - SNS -- The current forecast for the state of South Australia was released by Australia's Bureau of Meteorology.
For tonight and Monday: WARNING SUMMARY: Gale Warning for the West, South Central and South East Coasts. Strong Wind Warning for remaining coastal waters. Severe Weather Warning has been issued for Monday. Advice to Sheep Graziers. SOUTH AUSTRALIA: Isolated showers over the agricultural area, scattered about southern coasts and ranges, clearing late evening. Scattered showers gradually extending across the agricultural area during Monday and reaching the far south of the pastoral districts in the evening. Showers more frequent about the southern ranges and South East district. Isolated thunderstorms with possible hail south of about Adelaide in the evening. Cool to mild with moderate to fresh northwesterly winds shifting westerly in the south today. Winds turning northwesterly again on Monday and becoming strong and gusty in the south, reaching gale force near southern coasts later, ahead of a southwesterly change.
