MELBOURNE - Jun 15/11 - SNS -- The current forecast for the state of South Australia was released by Australia's Bureau of Meteorology.
For tonight and Thursday: WARNING SUMMARY: Strong Wind Warning for the Far West, West, South Central and South East Coasts and for Gulf Waters south of Cowell to Sellicks Beach for Thursday. SOUTH AUSTRALIA: Fine this evening with areas of high cloud. Early morning frost northeast of about Coober Pedy to Lameroo with isolated fog patches about eastern inland districts. Isolated showers extending across the west coast and southern agricultural area during Thursday afternoon and evening, becoming scattered with isolated thunderstorms over southern Eyre Peninsula and southern coasts in the evening. Cool to mild with light to moderate northeast to northwest winds, turning moderate to fresh northwest on Thursday and strengthening about southern coasts and ranges, ahead of a moderate to fresh west to southwest change in the west.
