For Wednesday. WARNING SUMMARY: Nil. SOUTH AUSTRALIA: Widespread early frosts and isolated fog patches south of Ceduna to Broken Hill until about 9 am. A fine and cool day throughout. Light to moderate southeast to northeast winds.
