Australia -- Victoria Weather Update

MELBOURNE - Jun 12/11 - SNS -- The current forecast for the state of Victoria was released by Australia's Bureau of Meteorology.

Weather Situation
A strong high pressure system south of the Bight will continue to move very slowly eastwards, moving just east of Tasmania on Wednesday and into the central Tasman Sea on Thursday. A low pressure system will develop over coastal NSW on Tuesday.
Forecast for the rest of MondayIsolated showers on and south of the ranges, mainly coastal and becoming scattered in East Gippsland. Morning fog in the south. Fine and mostly sunny in the north after early frost. A cool day with mainly light south to southeasterly winds.Tuesday 14 JuneIsolated showers on and south of the ranges, scattered in East Gippsland and mainly coastal. Morning fog patches in the south. Fine and mostly sunny in the north after early frost. Cool with mainly light south to southeasterly winds.Wednesday 15 JuneIsolated showers in the east, more scattered in the far east. Morning fog and frost patches then a cool to mild day with mainly light winds tending northeasterly in the west.Thursday 16 JuneMainly fine. Isolated showers in the east, scattered in the far east. Isolated showers developing later in the far west.
