Weather Situation A cold front will move eastwards across Victoria during Thursday and early Friday. A high pressure system will move over Victoria on Saturday, then to the east of Tasmania on Sunday. Forecast for the rest of WednesdayRain areas and isolated thunderstorms in the east. Isolated showers elsewhere, clearing from the northwest. Mostly cloudy with generally light and variable winds.Thursday 21 AprilScattered showers in the east, contracting eastwards during the day and becoming more isolated later. Isolated showers developing over remaining southern and mountain areas from the southwest, then becoming more widespread near the southwest coast. A cool to mild day with moderate westerly winds, freshening near the coast.Fire Danger - Low to moderate.Friday 22 AprilScattered showers on and south of the ranges and isolated showers extending to the northwest inland. Snow falls developing on the east ranges above 1700 metres. Cool with moderate to fresh west to southwest winds.Saturday 23 AprilIsolated showers near the coast and fog patches inland, clearing to a fine and mainly sunny afternoon. Cool to mild with light to moderate westerly winds.Sunday 24 AprilFine apart from morning fog patches.
