Weather Situation A high centred east of Bass Strait with a ridge of high pressure extending to the central part of the New South Wales coast. A cold front is expected to cross the west and south of the state on Wednesday and the northeast on Thursday. Forecast for the rest of MondayIsolated showers on the northern and central parts of the coast and adjacent ranges. Mostly clear elsewhere. Southeast to northeast winds.Tuesday 29 MarchIsolated showers on the northern and central parts of the coast and adjacent ranges, more likely on the north coast. Mostly sunny elsewhere. Southeast to northeast winds.Wednesday 30 MarchIsolated showers developing in the east and south, scattered about the western slopes of the southern ranges. Mostly sunny remainder. Northwest winds before a southwest change in the west and south.Thursday 31 MarchIsolated showers in the east. Mostly sunny remainder. Southerly winds, fresh to strong along the coast.Friday 1 AprilIsolated showers on the north and central coasts, and possibly in the northeastern inland in the afternoon.
