MELBOURNE - Mar 18/11 - SNS -- The current forecast for the state of South Australia was released by Australia's Bureau of Meteorology.

For the rest of today and Saturday:
WARNING SUMMARY:
Severe Thunderstorm Warning for the Northeast and Northwest Pastoral districts.
SOUTH AUSTRALIA:
Patchy rain over the Western and Northern Agricultural and Pastoral districts
today, tending to areas of rain and isolated thunderstorms at times. Rain
contracting to chiefly the south and east of the Pastoral districts on Saturday,
but scattered showers persisting with isolated thunderstorms in the north.
Remaining fine over the southern agricultural area and Murray district. Mild to
warm with light to moderate southeast to northeast winds, tending south to
southwest in the west, fresh about the coasts.
