Australia -- South Australia Weather Update

MELBOURNE - Mar 12/11 - SNS -- The current forecast for the state of South Australia was released by Australia's Bureau of Meteorology.

For tonight and Sunday:
WARNING SUMMARY:
Strong Wind Warning for Far West and West Coasts.
SA Department for Water has issued a Flood Watch for the River Murray downstream
from Lock 1 [Blanchetown]. For Enquiries, go to www.waterforgood.sa.gov.au.
SOUTH AUSTRALIA:
Isolated showers over the pastoral and Flinders districts. Isolated
thunderstorms over the Northeast Pastoral north of Leigh Creek until late this
evening then redeveloping over the pastoral and Flinders districts on Sunday.
Patchy rain developing on Sunday over West Coast and Eyre Peninsula districts
and the remainder of the agricultural area north of about Minlaton to Keith.
Isolated light showers about remaining coastal districts. Generally warm to hot
today but becoming milder in the south on Sunday. Light to moderate southeast to
northeast winds and coastal sea breezes. A moderate to fresh south to southeast
change about western coasts extending across western and southern parts on
Sunday.
