MELBOURNE - Mar 8/11 - SNS -- The current forecast for the state of South Australia was released by Australia's Bureau of Meteorology.

WARNING SUMMARY:
SA Department for Water has issued a Flood Watch for the River Murray downstream
from Lock 2 [Waikerie]. For Enquiries, go to www.waterforgood.sa.gov.au.
SOUTH AUSTRALIA:
Isolated showers over the Northeast Pastoral district east of Leigh Creek,
becoming scattered showers and isolated thunderstorms during the afternoon.
Areas of rain east of the ranges, easing to showers and contracting east during
the afternoon and evening. Isolated showers or drizzle over remaining areas
south of about Woomera, contracting to southern coasts in the afternoon. Mainly
mild with light to moderate northeast to northwest winds in the east, moderate
southerly winds elsewhere.
