MELBOURNE - Mar 4/11 - SNS -- The current forecast for the state of South Australia was released by Australia's Bureau of Meteorology.

For tonight and Saturday:
WARNING SUMMARY:
Flood Watch for the Northeast Pastoral.
Strong Wind Warning for the West Coast.
SA Department for Water has issued a Flood Watch for the River Murray downstream
from Lock 2 [Waikerie]. For Enquiries, go to www.waterforgood.sa.gov.au.
SOUTH AUSTRALIA:
Areas of rain and possible thunderstorms northeast of about Moomba, rain heavy
at times near the northeast border. Fine elsewhere. Cool to mild in the south,
warm in the north. Moderate southeast to northeast winds, fresh about the coasts
and far northeast, reaching strong about the western coasts this afternoon.
