MELBOURNE - Mar 1/11 - SNS -- The current forecast for the state of Western Australia was released by Australia's Bureau of Meteorology.

Warning summary
Severe Weather Warning for the far southeast Pilbara, far northeast Gascoyne and
the northern half of the Interior.
Strong Wind Warning for coastal waters from Cape Naturaliste to Bremer Bay.
Flood Warning for the Murchison River catchment.
Forecast for Tuesday
Far southeast Pilbara, northern half of the Interior and the far northeast
Gascoyne: Rain and thunderstorms with some heavy falls and localised flooding
possible.
Kimberley: Isolated showers and thunderstorms, tending scattered in the east and
near the northwest coast.
Remaining Pilbara and Gascoyne: Isolated showers in the east. Isolated afternoon
thunderstorms near the west coast.
Northern Goldfields: Isolated showers.
Northern coastal parts of the Central West: Isolated afternoon showers and
thunderstorms.
Southwest District: Isolated showers and thunderstorms clearing during the
afternoon.
Near the south coast east of Esperance: Isolated drizzle patches.
Forecast for Wednesday
Southeast Pilbara, Interior and the northeast Gascoyne: Rain and thunderstorms
with some heavy falls and localised flooding possible.
Kimberley: Isolated showers and thunderstorms, tending scattered in the east and
near the northwest coast.
Northern Goldfields: Isolated showers.
Southeast Goldfields, Eucla and the eastern Southeast Coastal district: Some
patchy light drizzle, contracting to the Eucla coast during the morning.
