MELBOURNE - Feb 23/11 - SNS -- The current forecast for the state of Western Australia was released by Australia's Bureau of Meteorology.

Flood Warnings for the Gascoyne and Murchison River catchments.
Flood Watch for the Goldfields.
Wind Warnings for coastal waters from NW Cape to Kalbarri.
Forecast for Thursday
Kimberley: Isolated showers and thunderstorms tending scattered in the north and
west with some heavy falls possible.
Far west Pilbara and adjacent NW Gascoyne: Scattered showers and thunderstorms,
heavy falls and strong winds. Conditions easing during the day.
Central eastern Goldfields, central and western Eucla:  Rain areas and isolated
thunderstorms. Some heavy falls.
Remaining Pilbara and Eucla, Gascoyne, Goldfields, and the northern Interior:
Isolated mostly afternoon and evening showers and thunderstorms.
Northern and eastern parts of the SW Land Division: Isolated showers.
