MELBOURNE - Feb 22/11 - SNS -- The current forecast for the state of Western Australia was released by Australia's Bureau of Meteorology.

Cyclone WARNING for coastal areas and adjacent inland parts from Dampier to
Carnarvon.
Flood Warnings for the Gascoyne, Murchison and Greenough River catchments.
Flood Watch for the Goldfields and for the Pilbara and Onslow Coastal Streams.
Wind Warnings from Port Hedland to Kalbarri.
Strong Wind Warning Cape Leeuwin to Albany and Bremer Bay to Eyre.
Forecast for Wednesday
Pilbara and Gascoyne: In the western areas widespread rain and thunderstorms,
heavy falls, strong to gale force winds. Elsewhere isolated showers and
thunderstorms.
Kimberley and northern Interior: Isolated thunderstorms and showers, tending
scattered in the afternoon, moderate to heavy falls.
Central and eastern Goldfields, Eucla and southern Interior: Areas of rain with
isolated thunderstorms, moderate to heavy falls.
Remaining parts of the Goldfields, and SE Coastal district: Isolated showers and
thunderstorms.
Remaining eastern parts of the SW Land Division: Isolated showers.
