Australia -- South Australia Weather Update

MELBOURNE - Feb 10/11 - SNS -- The current forecast for the state of South Australia was released by Australia's Bureau of Meteorology.

For the rest of today and Saturday:
WARNING SUMMARY:
Severe Thunderstorm Warning.
A Strong Wind Warning for the Far West, West, South Central and South East
Coasts.
SA Department for Water has issued a Flood Watch for the River Murray. For
Enquiries go to www.waterforgood.sa.gov.au.
SOUTH AUSTRALIA:
Patchy rain and isolated thunderstorms over the agricultural area, gradually
extending northwards to be south of Coober Pedy by late Saturday, but clearing
from south of Ceduna to Renmark by midnight tonight and south of Woomera to
Broken Hill by late Saturday. Isolated showers and thunderstorms north of the
rain area, apart from the far northeast. Isolated light showers near southern
coasts today. Hot in the north ahead of a milder southerly change over the
agricultural area extending north to reach Coober Pedy to Broken Hill by
midnight then over remaining parts on Saturday. Southerly winds becoming fresh
to strong near the coasts this afternoon and over inland parts later on
Saturday.
