Australia -- Western Australia Weather Update

MELBOURNE - Feb 7/11 - SNS -- The current forecast for the state of Western Australia was released by Australia's Bureau of Meteorology.

Warning summary
Strong Wind Warning for coastal waters Cape Leeuwin to the SA Border.
Fire Weather Warning for the Central West district, the Lower West district
[including the Perth Metropolitan area], and the western half of the Central
Wheatbelt  for the remainder of Monday.
Forecast for Monday    evening
Kimberley: Isolated showers and thunderstorms, tending scattered in the east.
Northeast Interior, coastal Pilbara: Isolated showers and thunderstorms.
Southern Interior, Eucla, and extending into the Goldfields and SE Coastal
district during the afternoon and evening: Areas of rain. Moderate falls
possible in the Eucla.
Eastern parts of the SW district, western Great Southern, and the SW parts of
the Central Wheat Belt:  Isolated evening showers and thunderstorms.
Forecast for Tuesday
Kimberley: Scattered showers and thunderstorms in northern and western parts.
Isolated showers and thunderstorm elsewhere.
Northern Interior, and coastal Pilbara: Isolated showers and thunderstorms.
Southern Interior, Goldfields, and Eucla: Areas of rain. Moderate falls possible
about the Eucla.
Central and eastern parts of the SW Land Division: Areas of rain with isolated
thunderstorms. Rain tending to drizzle during the afternoon and evening in the
eastern parts of the SW district, and the adjacent Great Southern and South
Coastal districts. Moderate falls possible in the SE Coastal district.
