Australia -- South Australia Weather Update

MELBOURNE - Feb 3/11 - SNS -- The current forecast for the state of South Australia was released by Australia's Bureau of Meteorology.

For tonight and Friday:
WARNING SUMMARY:
A Flood Watch is current for the Northeast Pastoral, Northwest Pastoral,
Flinders and Riverland districts.
SA Department for Water has issued a Flood Watch for the River Murray. For
Enquiries go to www.waterforgood.sa.gov.au.
SOUTH AUSTRALIA:
Isolated showers and thunderstorms, tending scattered and squally with local
heavy falls on Friday afternoon and evening over the northern agricultural area
and far south of the Pastoral districts. Mild to warm about southern and western
coasts grading to very hot in the far north. Moderate northeast to northwest
winds, tending fresh easterly in the far north on Friday. Moderate to fresh
southeast to southwest winds about the coasts and in the far west on Thursday,
extending northwards to reach a line Yunta to Woomera late Friday evening.
