MELBOURNE - Jan 21/11 - SNS -- The current forecast for the state of Western Australia was released by Australia's Bureau of Meteorology.

Warning summary
Fire Weather Warning for the Central West district for the remainder of Friday
and for northern and eastern parts of the SW Land Division on Saturday.
Strong Wind Warning from Kalumburu to the NT Border for Saturday.
Forecast for Friday    evening
Kimberley, Pilbara, Gascoyne, northern Interior and the far northern Goldfields:
Isolated showers and squally thunderstorms.
Forecast for Saturday
Kimberley, Pilbara, Gascoyne, the western and northern Interior and the northern
Goldfields: Isolated showers and thunderstorms, clearing from the northern
Goldfields and central Interior during the morning. Strong squalls possible with
thunderstorms in the Kimberley and Pilbara.
Southwest Land Division: Isolated thunderstorms and showers over the Central
West and Central Wheat Belt, extending through the eastern Great Southern and
into the Southeast Coastal district in the late afternoon and evening. Isolated
showers developing southwest of a line Bunbury to Albany late afternoon,
extending north to Perth during the evening.
Southwest Goldfields: Isolated mostly afternoon and evening showers and
thunderstorms.
