MELBOURNE - Jan 10/11 - SNS -- The current forecast for the state of South Australia was released by Australia's Bureau of Meteorology.
For tonight and Tuesday: WARNING SUMMARY: A Strong Wind Warning is current for the West and South Central Coasts. Grape Growers in all districts are advised that conditions from Wednesday to Thursday are conducive to an outbreak of Downy Mildew. SA Department for Water has issued a Flood Watch for the River Murray. For Enquiries go to www.waterforgood.sa.gov.au A Flood Watch is current for the North East Pastoral, Flinders and Riverland districts on Thursday. SOUTH AUSTRALIA: Isolated showers and thunderstorms over the Pastoral, Flinders, Mid North and eastern districts, extending over the north of the Western Agricultural district after midday. Showers increasing to scattered over eastern districts after midday. Fine over the remainder. Morning fog patches over the South East and Murray districts. Mild about the coast, warm to hot inland. Moderate to fresh south to southeast winds, tending light to moderate northeasterly in the east.
