MELBOURNE - Jan 7/11 - SNS -- The current forecast for the state of Western Australia was released by Australia's Bureau of Meteorology.

Southwestern Coastal parts of the SW Land Division: Isolated showers.
Northern half of the state, including the northeast Goldfields, southern
Interior and Eucla: Isolated showers and thunderstorms, tending scattered in the
Kimberley, eastern Pilbara, southern Interior and Eucla. Showers and
thunderstorms gradually clearing the Eucla and adjacent Interior from the west
later this evening.
Forecast for Saturday
Kimberley, Interior, north and east Pilbara, eastern Gascoyne and northern
Goldfields: Isolated showers and thunderstorms, extending into the central
Gascoyne and west Pilbara in the afternoon. Showers and thunderstorms tending
scattered in the southern Kimberley, Pilbara and northern Interior.
South and Southeast Coastal district: Isolated morning showers.
