MELBOURNE - Jan 6/11 - SNS -- The current forecast for the state of Western Australia was released by Australia's Bureau of Meteorology.

Forecast for Friday
SW Land Division: Isolated showers along the south coast, clearing by mid
afternoon. Isolated morning showers over northern and western parts, with mostly
light falls.
Remainder of the state: Isolated morning showers over the central Goldfields and
the southeast Gascoyne. Isolated showers and thunderstorms elsewhere, tending
scattered over the northern and western Kimberley and also the Eucla and
southern Interior, with some moderate to heavy falls.
