MELBOURNE - Jan 5/11 - SNS -- The current forecast for the state of Western Australia was released by Australia's Bureau of Meteorology.

Warning summary
Flood Warning for the Gascoyne River catchment.
Forecast for Thursday
Goldfields, Eucla and southern Interior: Rain areas and isolated thunderstorms
easing to showers in the Goldfields and the western Eucla by the afternoon.
Moderate to heavy falls possible.
Northeastern SW Land Division: Rain clearing by sunrise with isolated showers
continuing, scattered in the northern Central West with isolated thunderstorms.
Near the Lower West and Southwest coasts: Isolated light showers, clearing the
Lower West in the morning.
Gascoyne, Pilbara, Interior and the Kimberley: Isolated showers and
thunderstorms becoming scattered in the Kimberley and northern Interior. Some
early rain in the far southern Gascoyne.
