MELBOURNE - Jan 3/11 - SNS -- The current forecast for the state of South Australia was released by Australia's Bureau of Meteorology.

For Tuesday.
WARNING SUMMARY:
SA Department for Water has issued a Flood Watch for the River Murray.

SOUTH AUSTRALIA:
Patchy rain north of Ceduna to Broken Hill, tending to areas of rain east of
Leigh Creek and between Woomera to Coober Pedy, contracting northeastwards later
in the day. Isolated thunderstorms north of Leigh Creek. Fine elsewhere.
Mild about southern coasts, grading to hot to very hot in the far north.
Moderate south to southeast winds, fresh at times about the coasts, and becoming
fresh to strong in the far north late afternoon with areas of raised dust.
