MELBOURNE - Jan 2/11 - SNS -- The current forecast for the state of South Australia was released by Australia's Bureau of Meteorology.

WARNING SUMMARY:
SA Department for Water has issued a Flood Watch for the River Murray.

A Strong Wind Warning is current for West Coast, Gulf Waters north of Cowell to
Saint Kilda and the South East Coast north of Beachport.
SOUTH AUSTRALIA:
Isolated showers and thunderstorms north of about Ceduna to Yunta. Fine over the
remainder. Cool to mild about southern coasts, grading to hot to very hot over
the pastoral districts. Moderate south to southeast winds, fresh at times about
the coasts, tending southeast to northeast in the far north.
